If you have an error that re-directs your store to your “My-Account” page this is usually a permissions error that your subscription has run out.
Don’t worry, your data and your store are still there.
- Re-activate your subscription, go to your membership centre in My Profile – Account – Subscriptions and re-activate your vendor subscription
- If that didnt work, raise a support ticket.
Our helpdesk, will then re-enable your subscription again if you were unable to re-activate it yourself.
