How to successfully hold a video meeting
In Just Coach you have 3 video environments you can use.
- Is dedicated to delivering your bookings and is probably the one you will change the look of more often to match the number and style your clients.
- A store front video room which is your professional environment for meeting anyone at any time. You will need to choose the scene template to match the number of people you would like to meet with. All you need to do is share your video link in the storefront video window.
- A personal video room which is your private environment for meeting anyone at any time. You will need to choose the scene template to match the number of people you would like to meet with. All you need to do is share your video link in the storefront video window.
Inviting Guests
Private and Storefront Video Rooms Once you have chosen your video room look you are ready to hold meetings. In either your private or storefront meeting room all you need to do is share the link on the page with your attendees.Bookings video room To access your video bookings room, you click on the link in your bookings tab as shown here. There are a couple of places you can check on bookings and, in each place, you will be given a link to click on. Sometimes the link will not be active until the booking time is about to be fulfilled.
While in a video meeting
You will need to be in your video space for your guests to get in as you will have admin rights to the space. Once you are in with your camera on and able to see yourself your guests will be able to join you. You will be able to toggle between the scene and video
You will hear a “knock knock knock” when they arrive, and the room map will show a red dot. In the map you will see their avatar in the top left ready for you to drag them to a seat. Again make sure you have chosen a scene with enough spaces.
Clicking on the X by a user will send them back to the lobby
Clicking on the X by a user will send them back to the lobby. The lobby will be active on your store video rooms (for Bookings and Storefront) however it is selectable in your Private video room meaning you can chose to allow visitors to select their own spot and join without you needing to drag them in.
While in the lobby, your visitors will be able to watch the news in a virtual reception. The reception prompts them that you will be along shortly. So keep your ears open for the alerts.
