Manage Your Staff

This section allows you to add additional store employees to your space and allow them the ability to manage elements of your store/space. Staff can fulfil bookings, manage customers, update products, and most other functions that Store Owners can. Its quick and easy to add a staff member. 

This section takes you through all the options you have in adding staff to your space.

Subscription Premium Feature

Staff features are not available to Bronze subscriptions. Upgrade your account to access Staff Management

Add Your Staff

Click on Add New to launch the Add Staff screen

Staff Limits

Depending on your Subscription level you only have a specific number of staff accounts in your subscription. 

Adding Staff Options

Username Рwhat the unique user name the staff member will have on the platform. This must be unique across of of the site. No spaces or special characters like @!ӣ$%^& are allowed

Email – The email address of the staff member that will access your space. This is important to get right, as the Password will be emailed to the user, and they need a working email address for security confirmations, password changes etc.

First Name, Last Name– The Name of your staff member.  

Custom Capability– By default your staff members have access set by your subscription level. If you wish to restrict a specific staff member from an operation you can click the custom capability box, and further restrict what you are comfortable with the staff member accessing in your space. 

Only Store Owners can do Certain Things

Apart from any additional restrictions you place on staff members in the “Capability” Section of their account there are a few things that Staff members can not do. 

Change Store Appearance – Only the store owner can change the store appearance, the setting of  staff account has no effect in the space

Change Video Shopfront– Only the store owner can change the Video Storefront appearance, the setting of  staff account has no effect in the space

Change Booking Video Room– Only the store owner can change the Booking Video Room appearance, the setting of  staff account has no effect in the space

Manage Store Payments and Bank Accounts – Only the store owner can manage the payment settings in the store.
